Large art studio or office space (approx 400 sq ft) to share in Pt Reyes Stn. The studio is among a few studios and offices upstairs in the Cowgirl Creamery Bldg, in downtown Pt Reyes Station. I shared the space previously with both artists and people needing office space. We split the time into days that worked for each of us. It is also possible to work simultaneously if we choose to. I am a painter and use the space on my days off, and possibly in the mornings before work. Times for usage is negotiable. I will participate in Pt Reyes Open Studios at the end of May 2022, so if you’re an artist, you can do this too if you want to. The Cowgirl Creamery is right in the heart of things, so great for accessibility. The studio itself is quiet, with high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows on the west-facing wall. A clean bathroom is in the shared upstairs lobby, with a passcode. The building has its own parking lot which is convenient.
