Job Responsibilities: Inspecting and investigating complex residential & commercial large losses. Providing homeowners with detailed damage estimates and personal property inventories. Utilizing Xactimate software. Negotiating and settling claims in a timely manner. Work Experience & Skills: Ability to work in a multi-faceted environment with a strong sense of responsibility. Be able to work in a fast paced office environment. Must be able to work independently. Highly self-motivated. Ability to Multitask and prioritize. Strong organizational skills. Detail-oriented. REQUIRED: Must have experience with a major insurance carrier or restoration company. Minimum 3 years experience as an estimator/project manager/claims adjuster. Proficient utilizing the Xactimate software. Bilingual is a plus. Paid Vacation & Major Holidays Job Type: Full-time
