We are currently seeking motivated individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in the Construction Trades. This position is entry level and no experience is required to be considered. This is the first step in a great career path. Promotions and raises based on performance from day one. Pay: $18/HR+ Shift: 6AM-3:30PM (Projects may vary) Benefits: • Basic health coverage plan has $0 monthly premium for individual. Job Description/Expectations: • Ability to successfully install rebar, cut banding to appropriate lengths, stake down footings, and layout forms. • Moving, securing, installing, building, and loading or unloading various materials. • Effectively using heavy/light equipment and hand/power tools, depending on the jobsite. • Basic understanding of measurements. • Moving items from place to place, according to direction from site supervisor. • Moving dirt or other materials as directed by supervisor. • Utilize basic hand and power tools to assist their leads and foreman in the crafting of concrete pads. • Will use wood and metal parts to set/build forms prior to pouring. • Will work with equipment operators when needed. • Will learn signaling. • Will work as a team to ensure a quality concrete pad is poured. • Will learn to finish concrete using rakes and scraping tools. • Will learn general basics of the construction field. • Will be required to get to and from the project sites. • Will be out in the elements on a daily basis.
