The working Area Manager position pays $50,000 - $58,000 DOE. The right candidate has: Mon - Fri evening availability Some day and weekend availability Experience in leadership and organizational skills Effective communication skills Ability to work independently, learn quickly and be self-directed Be Team-orientated Basic computer skills EVS cleaning experience and knowledge The Area Manager position will: Oversee, support & coach the EVS team Provide guidance to Floaters, Trainers and Supervisors Stay highly motivated and find creative solutions to handle difficult situations Conduct inspections regularly and proactively identify areas of improvement Coordinate schedules with floaters, trainers, supervisors, EVS cleaning team and Operations department Recognize and correct safety concerns Implement company procedures and policies Clean whenever necessary to include: general and detailed cleaning, polishing, vacuuming and lifting up to 50 lbs. (Up to 50% of time) What we require from a candidate: Management candidates must have a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role. Must have 5 years of commercial cleaning experience, EVS experience preferred Must be fluent in English and Spanish Must drive own vehicle to multiple facilities daily Must be able to push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs.
