Description
A property management company in the New River Valley is looking for an experienced maintenance tech to maintain and repair commercial and residential real estate. Our convenient day shift hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
The Technician will complete tenant work orders, grounds maintenance, property/unit maintenance, unit inspections/turns, and rotating on-call.
Must have a valid driver's license and must be drug free.
Must have 2 years of experience in property maintenance with a property management company.
The Technician will complete repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, HVAC, drywall, etc on a frequent basis.
