Schedules:
Part-time (offered for Philadelphia only): 3-4 days a week (5–10-hour shifts)
Full-time: 5-day rotation (8-hour shifts)
What you’ll do:
Ramp agents handle luggage, load/unload aircraft, service and clean aircraft, operate ground service equipment (GSE), marshal aircraft, assist passengers with luggage and perform other duties as assigned. Ramp agents work outdoors in a fast-paced airport environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license
Willing to undergo a drug screen/background check
Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, lifting, climbing up and down stairs
Handle objects up to 70 pounds
Assist disabled customers
Nice to have:
Previous airline experience
Previous employment as a front-line customer service provider
Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs
Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation, Business or related field
