Civil Works Contracting is looking for qualified heavy equipment operators. Qualified applicants must have a minimum 3 years experience running various tracked equipment. This is not a position that is offering on the job training. We are looking for experienced operators only.. Applicants must be able to read grade stakes and either have experience with GPS or be willing to learn to operate equipment with GPS. Average work weeks are 50 hours. Longer days and weekend work may be required depending on schedule. Some travel may be required as we do have jobs that are out of the Wilmington market. CWC's primary work load is Government contracting, so individuals will be required to pass a criminal background check to obtain base entry credentials. You must also be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
