25 year metro residential concrete company looking for general laborer starting at $18.00 an hour and /or form setter $20 per hour + pay based on experience. Finisher $23.00 + according to experience ( must perform all duties). Will train right person to grow in trade work. Need dependable person(s) that wants lots of overtime and willing to learn to set forms and finish. Pay increases according to willingness to learn. We are hiring for 1 position. We are a specialized decorative concrete company with stamping, stains, epoxies, patches, overlays, counter tops and all flat work. Seminars and education classes provided. Our hours are from 7:00 AM Monday - Friday to finish job of the day partial day on Saturdays (required). Usually we finish around 5-6 pm but during the summer you are expected to work until we call it a day. Our employees usually start getting Over time in March and have full time - OT every check until November. We start in Aurora and you will be provided with a truck to drive ( DL and experience TBD) or ride everyday. Don't need to drive to job. Long Term Commitment to the company will earn you a company clothing, paid vacation after 1 year. We also do snow removal in the winter and concrete so there are hours. It is a construction work environment, you must be able to lift heavy items sometimes up to 80 lbs and be willing to work in any and all weather conditions. It could be 100 degrees day / rain / wind/ cold or we could be working inside. This is hard work and not easy but if you want to learn a trade this a great place to start.
