Full-time position, starting at $15/hr. Building Maintenance Workers are responsible for the maintenance of all buildings, restaurant equipment, and 65 rental units. This person must be a self-starter and able to perform a wide variety of maintenance duties including preventative, corrective, emergency, cosmetic and routine maintenance.
