Evenings during the week may also be required. Training available with growth and higher earning potential. Basic Purpose & Tasks: Perform multiple aspects of flooring/window maintenance, cleaning, and operating required equipment. Waxing floors Cleaning laminate and tile flooring Carpet cleaning Window washing Moving furniture as needed. Requirements: You must have a flexible schedule and willing to work off hours. Travel to multiple locations as far as an hour away. Looking to start the position quickly. Be able to work alone or with a team. Be able to learn quickly and work fast. Over the age of 21. Reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Be in good physical condition, as a lot of lifting and bending over are required to perform this job.
