Saw you at Kitsap Community Resources Center (KCR) on 02/28. You were driving a 2-door Black Jeep. You had on pants with heel boots that had fir around the top of the boot. I was waiting for copies in the lobby and you were filling out some paperwork. It was only you and I in the lobby. As I left, I thought I may have known your name but you said it wasn't your name... however, you replied that I reminded you of an old co-worker.
