Hello! My name is Bianca and I am a former stay at home mom. I chose to stay at home for many reasons to raise my 5 children ages 11, 8, 7, 5 and 3. It was important to me to be involved in my children's day to day activities and be their first educator. Being home allowed me the opportunity to watch them grow and develop, learn new skills, and encourage their independence while also providing support. Almost 3 years ago, I decided to leave home and became a certified justice officer for the state of North Carolina. Deciding to return to the workforce was very difficult, but necessary at the time. My older children are all honor students and my younger two have been cared for great provider. However, I have decided I would like to return to my passion, caring for children in my home! In addition, I provided transportation for Durham Public Schools for 4 years and thoroughly enjoyed everyday. At this time, I have submitted my child care licensing application and am waiting for appointment with a regulatory agent from the Department of Early Childhood Development and Early Education. My consultant informed me that I am legally able to care or 2 children until this process is complete. I would like to offer my services to anyone in the community who is in need of affordable child care in these unprecedented times. I am sure there are other parent's who have experienced a situation similar to mine and had to return to work out of necessity. If you are in need of affordable child care in a safe family home environment, please accept my invitation to visit. Your child will receive healthy meals (breakfast, lunch and snack), have safe active learning and play environment, and learn appropriate social skills. Hours are based on each family's specific needs and I operate on a sliding scale fee, so we can work together to find an affordable price!
