I'm looking for someone who would enjoy the opportunity to perform at local Open Mics, and possibly, in season, to street perform (busk) on The Commons or elsewhere. I'm currently playing Wednesdays at the quiet Kava Bar and Thursdays at the Upstairs Lounge(sometimes with a drummer). Both are 7pm events, right downtown, 2-3 songs, 15 minutes! I play a kind of swing folk blues, 75% good original songs, singing, rhythm guitar, and harmonica. I've honed my act by street performing the last 5 years, looking to expand the songs musically. Also looking for a fiddle/violen player! I'm liking my semi-professional, under the radar approach, but would consider booking low key shows with the right musicians. I do have a 3 hour payed Farmer's Market gig officially booked for July 3. Feel free to contact me and we can talk, see if it would be a good fit.
