Help needed for 12 Hours of Sebring race

We will be hosting customers during the 12 Hours of Sebring race and need help for two gigs as follows: 1) Server / Customer hosting Cooking or warming up food on griddle, serving to customers, prepare in advance all items required to serve food (plates, etc.) - Interact with customers, re-stock drinks, snacks, etc. Cleanup. Professional appearance and catering/cooking (or similar) experience required March 18th and 19th. 2) Assembly and disassembly of hospitality site Removing all items from RV, unpacking, assembling tent, furniture, ladder and many other items pertaining to hospitality site. This will take place on March 15th. Disassembling and packing all items pertaining to hospitality site, after event and loading into RV. This will take place on March 20th. Careful handling and attention to detail are appreciated. Lifting of heavy elements will be required. Please send your hourly income expectations and pertinent description of your experience.
