5 month Old Akita Mix - Needs Furrever Home

Meet Max. He is a 5 month old (born Oct 1st) Akita and German Shorthair Pointer Mix who needs a furrever home. He knows sit, lay down, shake, stay, roll over and is potty trained. He also knows the kennel command but has separation anxiety so has a hard time being left home alone. He is great with kids, cats, and other dogs. He is working on the heel command but otherwise does decent on the leash and he loves bath time. He will have all shots and rabies vaccine as well as dewormer. Unfortunately, our family is not a good fit for him right now. We are in love with him but don't have the time or space to give him the life he deserves. He needs a home that can give him the time and attention that he needs. He's pretty mellow for the most part but also has some energy that he needs to run out from time to time and needs space to do that. No apartments, please. Prefer that he goes to a good home with a backyard so he can run. We suspect that he has a skin allergy so switched his food from chicken and that seems to help. He will come with the rest of his bag of food, it's currently 90% full as we just bought it a few days ago. Rehoming fee of $300 to ensure that he goes to a good home. Max will come with his leash, toys, food/water bowl, collar, harness, dog bed, bone and bag of food. He does have a small kennel but is almost too big for it so it can go if new owners want it but will need upgraded very soon. Please call, text, or respond to this listing with any questions!
