One of Colorado’s Top Cleaning Services is looking for qualified sub-contractors in the Denver area to partner with our company We currently have and account that jus became available near I-70 at Steele Street in Denver. This is a fairly small facility. There is a section that is about 3500 square feet and a smaller section across the street that is about 1200 square feet. The facility get cleaned Monday - Friday and can be cleaned nightly anytime from 5:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. the next morning. The Friday cleaning can be done anytime Saturday or Sunday if you prefer. This account will take from 1-2 hours nightly for one person. This account pays $900.00 per month.
