Tractor Central is adding an Equipment Detailer/Wash Bay position at our growing Chippewa Falls location, which may be a full-time or part-time position. Job Requirements: -Enjoy a fast-paced, team work environment -Exceptional communication skills -Timely, responsible, and organized -Previous detailing/wash bay experience is a plus but not required -Must be 18 years of age or older -Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Job Responsibilities: This is a fun and rewarding position that offers a variety of responsibilities including: -Prepare agricultural and turf equipment for retail sale and reconditioning -Wash equipment exteriors with different cleaning solutions, brushes, towels -Vacuum interiors to remove debris from seats and carpet -Clean seats and upholstery with the proper products -Apply conditioners to vinyl, plastic, and other surfaces on the interior and exterior of equipment -Maintain equipment used in the detailing department -Move both agricultural and turf equipment to and from the wash bay area Compensation: -Generous compensation package with a guaranteed hourly wage -401k retirement plan with company match (benefit available for part-time) -Health, Dental, and Life insurance -Paid time off -Advanced training program -Day shift, with a modern - safe work environment.
