I was driving in Greer around the intersection of W Wade Hampton blvd and N main st. Saw a german shepherd dog in the middle of the road. It was raining and there was poor visibility, so I stopped and managed to get the dog into my car. If you are missing a GSD or know someone that is send me a message.
