Where to get mercury dental fillings removed?

Any recommendations? I am trying to get this toxic metal chunk out of my teeth, and in conjunction, do what can be done about the potential mercury accumulation in my body due to all the mercury vapors that these fillings are known to release. I haven't been to a dentist in years, and the ones I've been to have put mercury in my mouth, so I'm not exactly sure where to go for the opposite effect.
