Where does one go if they’ve been dealt with unfairly by a landlord here in medford oregon? I’ve already tried Legal Aid and they are unable to help me. The issue is I’m being charged way more upon move out than I should be for keeping it clean- they’re charging $1500 for a paint job after already taking my deposit and claiming I had a cat when I did not. The carpet wasn’t changed upon move in and they’re after me for that too. Any advice or direction? It’s getting out of hand how much power landlords hold. -J
