Need someone to weed xeriscaped yards

I need someone to weed my xeriscaped front and back yards. They’re not very big, but they are very weedy. I’ll pay ——-$30/hr per laborer——-directly to the worker or workers in cash. I’m not looking to hire a crew who charges $70/hr per laborer and then pays their laborers $20/hr each. I imagine this job would take about 3-4 labor hours for one person. You don’t have to haul away the weeds, just put them in bags. I’ll handle the rest. Paid on the spot when the job is complete. Water, snacks, coffee, soda, etc is included. Tell me what you like to snack on / drink and I’ll have some here in a cooler for you in addition to the cash.
