Trying to find particular outfits online and having a difficult with some specifics. Looked at reviews for alterations places and I'm not sure if they're able to create or modify the clothes I do find so I'm wondering if there's someone local who makes or modifies clothes professionally or on the side. I think I've found the fabric, and there are outfits I'd like changed if you or someone you know is into this kind of work. Apologies for my ignorance, I'm new to this sort of thing.
