JOLIET, IL – A temporary drive-thru coronavirus testing site is now open in Joliet. The new site, located at Joliet Park District, 3000 W Jefferson St, will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. starting Monday through Nov. 22. The testing site will use nasal swabs and results will be provided within four to seven days. There is no cost for testing at this site. Visitors are encouraged to bring their insurance cards, but they will still be tested if they don't have insurance. You do not need to have symptoms or be sick in order to be tested.
