Janitorial Route Supervisor – Knoxville National Janitorial Company is seeking to fill the position of a Janitorial Route Supervisor for the Knoxville area. We are looking for a candidate that is self-motivated, has self-initiative, good work ethics and not afraid to help the cleaning staff, be customer driven and good communication skills and knowledge of using a computer. Must be able to pass a company and client background check, pass a Motor Vehicle Report to drive a company van. Pay rate is $17.00 hour with Benefits, Company van with Fuel Card. Job Description:  Understand that Supervisors are always on call when needed to resolve cleaning issues, assist cleaning staff whether it’s covering a location due to call-off or retraining.  Conduct inspections to insure cleaning staff is performing the Scope of Work.  Keep company van loaded with supplies to restock buildings as needed or requested.  Meet with client managers and build relationships.  Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.  Report any defective client’s equipment (dispensers, toilet seats, etc.) to Area Manager and/or client.  Reports directly to District and Area Manager and works closely with District Manager.  Understands that some days may be 8 hours a day with some days being less than 8 hours and other days may be longer.  Be able to create a workflow schedule to be efficient and make the most of your time.  Work shift begins at 12:00pm.
