Help rescue Roscoe. 35 pound beagle mix

Roscoe is a beagle mix that my brother found last month. He was extremely skinny and heartworm positive. William, my brother, has gotten him treated for the heartworms, got weight on him, vaccinations up to date, and neutered, and named him Roscoe. The vet believes he is 5-6 years old. He is potty and kennel trained. Unfortunately William can’t keep the dog but couldn’t resist helping him when he saw that he was in need. With this being said, William and I are looking for someone interested in taking Roscoe to give him a permanent home and his second chance at life. Please text me with any questions - 4 two 3.
