FLATHEAD COUNTY ONLY - You must be a RESIDENT of a town like Kalispell, Columbia Falls, etc. We remove government paperwork hassles from people's lives. If you want to work for your self for the independence of it but also with some prospect of increasing income independently, then you can do that, and just flat out make your own money for yourself with the hourly rate. You get paid for 2 hours at a living wage of $22.50/h for any assignment as an official and equal partner of Montana Document Services LLP with flexible hours done Monday to Friday during business hours. Preferred day is Wed followed by Thurs followed by Friday. Tuesday would be okay but Monday would be the worst choice that I would take. Membership as a partner to the Limited Liability Partnership (MTDS LLP is our company name) limits your financial legal liabilities against being sued for financial liabilities of the business, which is the purpose of the organizational structure. This is for people who have done occasional gigs and are okay will being summoned for duty only on special occasion even though you'll still be guaranteed at least one duty per month starting in July. If you are happy with The Government in general, this is not the job for you. Our company helps people avoid hassles caused by The Government. I do this job because I think the government is a hassle. I could do something else with my time as I'm a computer programmer. This is an essential service for people in my community in New Hampshire and something I do because it is needed to help people. A registered agent is largely a glorified mail forwarding agent for legally structured organizations but COULD involve more than that in ways that in our 10 years of doing business have not come up. You are basically being a REGISTERED AGENT. Being a registered agent does not require any special legal certification. How do I know this? I read the Montana registration laws myself and understand it better than most Montana lawyers although I am not a lawyer at all. Technically you are not a registered agent, but performing the same function as one. One piece of mail per year is expected per organization you help set up. We have an innovative system that works and will be emulated when our company has thousands of registrations later on. But for now, our system is exclusive and uniquely effective and legal, less of a grey area than competitors and more clearly a definitely legal process. There are about three companies that do this as a law firm, and about three companies that do this as independent paralegals including a couple in the Kalispell area. The Kalispell area is uniquely suited to this business and it is a thriving enterprise system as will be explained upon expressed interest. You will need to learn about those companies as part of your duty to understand exactly what it is you do. We are one of three companies that does this as independent paralegals. I do not have or require a license because I don't waste my time getting fancy paper when it is not required. If that is a problem this is not the position for you. If you think lawyers can do a better job than I can of this, then go apply to play with the snakes who will pay you $10/hr to take advantage of you. I've known two lawyers personally and one of them went to jail from stealing from the other one. For whatever reason people don't take me seriously when I post this to CL because I don't look to pay the government thousands of dollars to tell me I'm doing something right. We've been doing this about 10 years and unlike our competitors we are dramatically more legally careful exactly because we refuse to make any legal mistakes. We need to ramp up to higher quantities safely and legally, which is why we need someone in Flathead county. We DO NOT make legal mistakes. Period. End of story. That would mean I'd be paying thousands of dollars in legal fees to a lawyer who has better things to do for what I consider a charity-centric business. It is technically for-profit because that gets things done more effectively, but this is done because it is important for humanity. So what I can do is offer you a PERSONAL reference to any type of person you trust most. You trust politicians? Your nuts... but I'll give you a personal reference to one in office. Lawyer, doctor, whatever. You should really just ask for my mom's phone number. I mean you know you'll just get it straight because they just spill everything on accident. You are required to contact one of my references for this job position and in return I don't want to hear any doubts about my legal skills which are bar none (pun intended). You are guaranteed one assignment per month starting in July as this will be a growing business that you can work yourself in as a special partner for. I am doing this for the same reason you will be doing this... to collect money from people in exchange for offering a valuable service while helping them avoid government hassle. You are not expected to pull any pretend lines about how much you like the company, you are just expected to appreciate the companies goals. If you think taxation is theft then it will be all the better by the way (most people don't but if you do, even better). We pay all taxes due but avoid having them due to the full extent allowed by the law. I won't have any profits on my end by year's end so you report according to your own personal morals and values. The profits are not divided equally... you will get more of them than I do. We are not on the internet because I use it only when needed. We don't NEED the internet website so we don't have one. If you want one I could program one myself with my skilled labor as I'm a computer programmer. If you needed that to trust us, well I'd build one and resent you for it but be thankful you work for us anyway. Who is us? Just me and you because everyone else seems to have flaked out. Everyone is so unreliable these days that my other partners AND office worker just stopped working for reasons I'd consider stupid and none of which are legally related because as I've said a million times... what we do is MORE than 100% compliant with all local, state, US Federal, and international laws. If there are intergalactic laws I believe I'm in full compliance with those too, but I'd need a consultation with a schizophrenic maniac type II with passed bar exam to be sure so no guarantees on that. I WILL call a reference by phone: relative, co-worker if you want to skip the resume and do everything by ear. Otherwise, submit a resume by email including your mailing address and phone number.
