dirt crawl space needs to be dug out

Description

An 11 foot x 11 foot room with a dirt crawl space needs to be dug out so that the dirt is 20 inches below the bottom of the joist. Pictures show a 24 inch carpenters square. The dirt is already low enough in one spot. There are still 2 joists in place but all the other joists have been removed so the room is mostly open. Dirt can be put in the backyard and there is a door leading from the room directly to the backyard. I would prefer a locally insured person to do the work so that the room can be looked at before a quote is given.
