Innotech Laser just keeps growing! We are a fairly laid back, yet rapidly growing small production business in Warminster, PA… Just outside Philadelphia! Most of our team comes from an artistic background, spends free time outdoors and are lovers of all things in life. We are looking for free spirited individuals who look forward to joining forces to exceed our customer’s expectations, whatever it takes! Attention to detail is of utmost importance! Our workflow comes from nationally known companies, but we also cater to up & coming artists. Some services we offer are laser cutting, laser marking, and digital printing. Our work can be seen on decorated water bottles as seen in your local café, as well as ID tags on covert military equipment. We have a vast spectrum of customers and projects, and likewise we like to think of our workspace a diversified and open minded one. We are currently hiring for production associates in our printing department. Ideal candidates will have moderate math skills, production/manufacturing experience as well as knowledge of Adobe Illustrator. However, we are willing to train the right person. Having good time management, attention to detail, reliable transportation, and being a team player are key to this position. The job varies from day to day, but the basic job description is to keep your printer running, maintain quality, when in doubt, ask questions & ATTENTION TO DETAIL. We would prefer for our applicants to have experience in Adobe Illustrator, Word press or similar software. We are looking to fill positions on multiple shifts, most importantly, 2PM-10PM WEEKEND HOURS & OVERTIME AVAILBLE Simple IRA (with employer matching) & Medical/Dental/Vision benefits available after 90 days, PTO after one year.
