Established Philly Pop Punk Band Looking For a Lead Guitarist AND a Bassist! We are a long established Philly Pop Punk Band that has gone inactive during the pandemic and are ready to get back to playing shows in the immediate future. The problem is, we lost our Lead Guitarist and (more recently) our Bassist during the pandemic as both of them moved out of state for work. Both are great guys that left us on good terms, but its hard to do weekly practice with someone that now lives 3 hours away or across the country. We are looking for a new Lead Guitarist and a new Bassist that are ready to learn pre-existing material as well as work on writing new material going forward. When we are active we generally practice once a week on Wednesday Nights in Port Richmond, and play anywhere from one to four shows a month in Philadelphia and the surrounding area (Bensalem, Trevose, Jersey, Delco, ect). We are also hoping to find someone who can do Secondary (Backup) Vocals. We need someone who has a strong voice that can harmonize. Basically a backup singer. That said, we are totally open to the idea of a "Secondary Frontman" (think Blink 182, Taking Back Sunday, ect, have two different singers that regularly switch off depending on the song) if you have the talent and are willing to work with us on the song writing process too. If you are trying to be a Secondary Frontman, you have to earn it. We don't care which instrument this person plays. We are an established band with an established sound that we are looking to grow and expand upon! We are described as Alternative-Pop-Punk, with roots in the vein of early Green Day, The Ataris, and Fallout Boy. Samples can be provided as requested. We have one album out now and a second album 90% done as the pandemic hit that we are working on finishing up. Our old guitarist is still working with us on this album to finish it, and the Bass is already fully recorded.
