Pool Center Springfield is currently looking for field technicians for the 2022 Summer season. We have positions open for pool cleaners, who would be responsible for opening pools and weekly maintenance, liner specialists, who would change liners, and repair technicians for spas and heaters. All positions have on-the-job training and company vehicles are provided for the workday. This is a seasonal position that will last until the fall. After the season, you have the option of being laid off (with pay from unemployment) and re-hired for the following season. $17-$23/hr In Season, 32 hours per week with optional extra time offered based upon need and performance. 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Thursday, Three Day weekends. The schedule will not change for the duration of the season. Paid 30 min lunch breaks and two paid 15 min breaks per workday. Paid training. Driver’s license required. Plumbing, Heating, Electrical, or other pool experience will increase pay. No degree or previous experience is required. Those with manual labor background, such as landscaping, are preferred. Payroll is every two weeks and direct deposit is required.
