Seeking Property Manager for Rental House

We are seeking someone with great people skills, problem-solving skills, and computer skills enough to print and scan forms and to email updates to be our representative to talk to tenants of a house in the Greenview area of Columbia. Also would like you to text us photos and schedule meetings such as if there is work to be done on the house. We are a small charity, and we may sell the house eventually, but there are tenants currently, so having conversations about rent, etc will be part of the job. Possibly meeting with buyers in the future to show them the house, but not at this time. Send us a resume if interested with contact info. Will need 2 positive references.
