*FULL TIME*DIRECT HIRE* Light plumbing & electrical; install/repair appliances; exterior/interior painting and caulking, light drywall repair; pressure washer, blow breezeways and parking lots. Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs. Must have dependable transportation and basic tools. Weekly pay. Full time. • Onsite apartment or hotel/hospitality maintenance experience required • Team Management experience preferred • Owns a set of basic hand tools • Have dependable transportation to and from work • Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability • Enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed • Maintain a friendly and customer service oriented approach to co-workers and customers
