Description

So about three years ago the last band I was in called it quits. Then a plague engulfed the world and I coped by spending an unhealthy amount of time away from the bars and in my house (like three months, it was awful!). Consumed with boredom I dismantled my pleasure-bot and constructed a device capable of harnessing the cacophony of sounds echoing in my skull. Through the magic of electricity (and a little bit of EZ Drummer) I forged forward with a finished product one might call "songs." Some might even call them "good," but maybe they're just trying to be nice too. Anyway, I'm looking for some like-minded musicians to either form a band, or jump into an existing project. I play bass and guitar. And I wrote all these tasty jams: https://soundcloud.com/courtney-vickery-697733467/2020-05-26a?in=courtney-vickery-697733467/sets/playlist-1&utm_source=clipboard&utm_medium=text&utm_campaign=social_sharing https://soundcloud.com/courtney-vickery-697733467/2020-09-25a?in=courtney-vickery-697733467/sets/playlist-1&utm_source=clipboard&utm_medium=text&utm_campaign=social_sharing https://soundcloud.com/courtney-vickery-697733467/2020-06-19a?in=courtney-vickery-697733467/sets/playlist-1&utm_source=clipboard&utm_medium=text&utm_campaign=social_sharing Some stuff I'm listening to now: Arch Enemy, Unleash the Archers, Ghost. Some stuff I have always listened to: Slayer, The Cure, Type O Negative, Depeche Mode, Megadeth, Lamb of God, Shadows Fall, any 80's goth or synthwave (this list could basically be endless or confuse people). I've been leaning toward the catchier, "hookier" side of metal lately but honestly I'm down for whatever.
