Our company is looking for an individual willing to work at a 55+ mobile home community.
It is a park maintenance position where your duties will include but aren't limited to maintaining the pool/jacuzzi facilities, landscape of the common areas, picking up trash from the streets for residents, cleaning the clubhouse, assisting the manager with delivering notices, removing weeds, getting bids for projects and communicating with residents when needed.
Starting pay is $15.00 per hour but we are open to negotiate this pay depending on your experience.
