Looking for restoration mitigation technician(s) who would like to be part of a smaller team with the opportunity to climb to higher roles within a restoration company quickly as a result of constant direct training from the owner or other higher up team members. We are looking for a team member with high integrity, someone who cares for their work with a perfectionist attitude, clean worker, punctual. Experience in water mitigation is preferred but not required. We are also accepting management position roles if you feel you have managerial properties/experience.
