am a older dude and my brother is 76 we got this old house out of the 30's we never new how much work it needed.we are from south fla we have been here sence 2004.it's been ruff for us sence we have been here anyways am looking for some one that will help me fix up this place.and i will sign a note on it so when i die it will be yours.my house needs alot of work.we put a new roof on so thats ok.but the rest of the house needs alot of work...needs windows needs a new floor in the bath room.i mean it needs alot of work.am hoping to find some one that can help us out.
