Rehab Crew Needed

We are a small residential property management company who manages roughly 350+ units in Central Ohio and work with investors who need properties rehabbed. I am looking for a couple "Go to" crews that are looking for immediate work. Work includes the following, but not limited to painting (walls, sometimes trim, doors and cabinets, ceilings, dryloc basement walls, painting basement floors, sometimes exterior trim, etc), installing kitchens (cabinets, counters, sinks, disposals, faucets, etc) baths (toilets, tub surrounds, vanities, medicine cabinets, etc), light fixtures, new interior or exterior doors, baseboard/trim, vinyl plank flooring, door knobs or more. If qualified, sometimes have windows, roofs and siding. Basically anything a house needs, we need help replacing it. Typically I will provide the materials or provide a means for buying materials and pay at the completion of each job or at certain milestones upon completion. I will not pay anything up front. Only at completion or milestones. This is a 1099 position on a contract basis, but if you work efficient and do good quality, we can keep you fairly busy.
