Need carpenter / woodworker to build a desk shelf

Materials will be provided. Looking for labor only. I'm looking for a simple desktop shelf for my monitors to sit on. See images for reference to get an idea of what I am after. I only need this to be made with inexpensive wood. Dimensions WxHxD: 60x5x10 inches I was considering doing this myself but would need to buy a few power tools I'm missing to complete the job and did not want to spend on tools to use them one time. I will provide the plans and measurements and wood. I just need someone to use there skills and tools to build it out.
