Description
Maintenance Technician needed for North Dallas apartment community.
Will need experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc. This position will assist with completing service requests, sometimes assist make readies and various projects.
HVAC certification required.
Will be on call which rotates with 3 other staff. Must be able to respond to call within 20 minutes of North Dallas near Tollway and George Bush Freeway. This is a job requirement so applicants not living within or able to respond within this time limit will not be considered.
