DEPENDABLE HANDY-HELPER PART TIME NEEDED to help Property Manager with Property Improvement and Clean Up 3 days a week to start TUES - THURS - SAT 12pm to 5pm each day above (can move days to fit the right person's schedule) $15.00 hourly (pay is 1st and 15th paycheck no withholdings) You need to have your own car. Not a skateboard, bike, or bus pass, you need a dependable car. Need someone who is dependable that we can rely on to be here when scheduled to be here, on time. Have knowledge of how to use basic tools and mindset to get the job done right. Have a positive attitude and be a generally nice person. Be able to laugh at yourself and us.. cuz shizzle happens here, and its funny! No Health Limitations. Some days is hard work and some days is easy work We do something different almost every day here. Female or Male doesn't matter if you can do the job PLEASE NO SMOKERS Not even off the property. I've tried so many times and it always ends up a BIG FAIL! Because that's all smokers think about - getting off work to get that cig in their mouth I don't need someone with attitude because they can't have a cig break every hour. You won't get rich but it will be dependable extra money. If we like you and you like the job you may get more days and hours.
