Part-time housekeeper needed to clean private residence located in Laguna Beach 4 hours per week. Excellent pay for the right person. Responsibilities and Duties • Clean the all living areas including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping the floors in all rooms, mirrors, toilets, showers and baths, wiping down appliances, counters, sinks and cabinet doors, wash and dry dishes, wash and change bed linens, wash, fold and iron clothes if requested, clean interior windows and other job duties as assigned. • Remove garbage and recycling and place outside for pick-up • Run errands for the family including grocery shopping, dropping off and picking up dry cleaning and mail • Oversee contractors performing maintenance Requirements • 10+ years’ experience working as a Housekeeper • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance • Experience with overseeing contractors performing maintenance • Customer-oriented and friendly • Detail oriented, prioritization and time management skills • Working quickly without compromising quality • Trustworthy and honest • Knowledge of English language • High school degree or GED certificate
