Small boutique commercial cleaning company seeks an experienced leader who one day wants to be his own boss. Learn our business and the way we do things, appreciate our modern approach to quality equipment used to maximize efficiencies in processes. Applicant must be willing to get his/her hands dirty in learning our accounts, help with training new team members as they join and how to interact from a customer service perspective to deliver exceptional services. An applicant that proves reliability, desire to learn and availability for early evening or overnight shifts during weekdays could soon be in a possible business partnership or ownership of the company. We work in commercial buildings, medical facilities, event venues, pre-schools and warehouse buildings throughout the Beach Communities in the SouthBay Area of Los Angeles. Generally we work when the business is closed so this is NOT a daytime job. Day work is available over the weekends, during week days we work in the evening or late night. Requirements- Vaccination so that you may work in medical buildings Great communication skills- you are responsible and it shows- you follow through and also follow instructions Ability to legally work in the United States Ability to receive assignments and communicate from a mobile device Reliable transportation so you can move between jobsites ( mileage paid ) You are a fun person, enjoy working with or without others, and know how to smile Reply with a short summary of any experience in the industry.
