A B Window Cleaning is hiring window cleaners who want to be successful at performing window cleaning and screen repairs for homeowners and businesses throughout the Temecula Valley. No experience necessary. We train you to be successful. The successful candidate will go through our multi-step training program including ride alongs in the field. During training you will gain a thorough knowledge of every aspect of window cleaning operations and possess a complete working knowledge of all window cleaning equipment and cleaners. Once training is completed you will have the capability and confidence to show up on any jobsite and clean any window inside and out for any home or business up to 4 stories high in a safe, professional and efficient manner. You will also receive complete training to do basic screen repairs on the field for residential customers. You will use and be proficient in the latest phone app scheduling technologies to manage a customer route on a daily basis and use the latest phone app payment technologies to invoice and/or complete the payment process once the job is done. A successful candidate will also acquire the knowledge and skills for training future window cleaners, leading and being an example for other crew members, and making sure they are supplied with all necessary resources to be successful at their job. To be successful at A B Window Cleaning you must be punctual, like working with people, like working outdoors, have no fear of heights (although we rarely use ladders anymore), and be in good physical shape. To be considered for an interview you must have reliable transportation to the place of employment, currently employed, possess a valid California driver’s license and a clean dmv record.
