Description

We are looking for up to 3 people. We currently manage 75 apartments and are in the process of remodeling 10 more. Additional rehab projects are anticipated. We need general handyman skills: unstopping toilets and other light plumbing, replacing electrical outlets and other light electric work, basic carpentry, sheetrock work, painting. Applicants don't have to have ALL of the skills... one or two would be great. Ability to pass drug test is important. Reliable transportation a BIG plus. Positions are open immediately. Our office is in the Highland Neighborhood, but the work sites range from Southern Hills to just South of Downtown. Full time preferred but part time will be considered.
