Maintenance Position

Our leasing company is looking to fill a full time maintenance position immediately. We have 2 apartment complexes & numerous homes that we maintain, therefore it is stable, guaranteed work. Our work week is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm, with options to work extra hours. It is contract work (1099), no taxes are taken out of your checks. The pay is hourly & is paid on the 1st & 15th of every month. Things required, but not limited to are as follows: at least one year maintenance experience, a valid drivers license, must have your own tools (to a certain degree), & preferably have a truck. The pay will be commensurate with experience, dependability, etc. This job is a very physically demanding at times & may require lifting, moving things, painting, laying flooring, etc. If you are meet all the requirements & would like to apply with out company, please contact our office via phone or come in to apply.
