Service van and gas provided to travel from home to work. Must be able to perform all stages of maintenance and repair including: plumbing, drywall, painting, electrical and general carpentry. Requires strong troubleshooting skills, ability to meet tight timelines, good communication skills and the ability to exceed our customers expectations. Working rotating Saturday and Sundays required. Will be performing offsite condominium maintenance and repairs. Job Type: Full-time, (part time may be considered) Salary: $18.00to $20.00/hour, phone allowance and company van. Experience: Residential Maintenance Technician: 3 years minimum
