The Career Center High School Carpentry class is looking for someone who would like to sponser us to build a shed for them. Typical shed sizes are 8x10 an 10x12. We use 2x4 construction for walls 16" OC and 2x6 constrution for rafters 16" OC. The floor is made out of treated lumber 2x6 for floor joists and treated plywood for decking. We use T1-11 siding and will but shingles on that match your home. Your cost is the material cost to build the shed plus moving costs which you will need to arrange. You will also need to stain or paint the shed once delivered. I have the name of a couple of trusted shed movers. Typical cost for a local move is $350 - $500.
