Looking for a licensed(with proof) Rhode Island master electrician to permit and replace one circuit of lighting for a 2nd floor apartment of a 3 family with new romex from the 100 amp circuit breaker panel. Pretty good soffit access from finished basement to 2nd floor without having to open up holes in first floor apartment. Typical 3 family with double parlor when you walk in front entrance on left and front and rear bedrooms on right. The items on the circuit are Living room ceiling fixture, Dining Room chandelier, 2 separate bedroom fan lights and one outlet in one of the bedrooms. Looking for someone who is neat, minimum hole size, efficient, and affordable. Timing is flexible. I believe the building is balloon framed. There are nice original ceiling medallions in the LR and DR where the light fixtures are currently located and we are looking for someone who will be very careful with these medallions. We are not looking to replace the fixtures, just the wire from panel to these fixtures. Both fan lights already have fan rated boxes.
