REQUIREMENTS -- Live in NJ, a short drive or commute to Jersey City/Hoboken; -- Speak English & Spanish / Legal proof to live & work in the U.S; -- 5 or more years full time employment as Maintenance Tech, Handyman, Super or Asst. Super in modern mid rise / high rise residential building(s). *TOP PAY for TOP SKILLS* - YEARS OF WORK, LONG TERM OPPORTUNITY. A high performer can rise to Assistant or Full Super as we complete high/midrise projects underway & scheduled.
