Seeking Vocalist for Working Duo Aloha, I am seeking a vocalist for my working duo. If you play an instrument that would be a plus, but not necessary. If you are a male singer, you will most likely be a tenor. Please read this ad in its entirety. I am seeking something VERY special, VERY specific, and am being VERY detailed in an effort to save all of us a lot of time. First, I play guitar, sing, use a drum machine and a looper. I have a really nice PA and am being booked regularly. My current duo partner is not always available and is going to have a baby, so I am seeking a backup for the dates she is unable to cover, and moving forward, I just don’t know her status as this is her first baby, and that will play itself out over time. In the meantime, here is what I am looking for… A great vocalist who is VERY reliable, LOVES to sing and work hard at learning new songs and learning harmonies to the songs I sing so that we can put forth a truly great and special product. Ideally, that person is NOT gigging with other bands/groups because reliability is important. Additionally, I am looking for someone who does NOT need to gig a lot for the money. We will earn good money, and great tips, but I do NOT want to play more than 4 to 6 times a month as I do have a real job that pays my bills.
